About Us

We advocate for and support children affected by brain tumours.

Our Motivation
Inspired by the experience of our dear friend, Michael Kofi Asiamah, a lively 13-year-old who lost his life to a brain tumour, we are committed to ensuring his memory lives on. Despite successfully raising $30,000 for his surgeries, complications during recovery tragically took his life on April 9, 2021. Our mission is to support other children facing similar challenges and give them a better chance at survival.

Our Vision
We aim to create a sustainable funding pool to assist children affected by brain tumours and enhance their quality of life.

Our Mission
We advocate for and support children impacted by brain tumours.

Our Values
Our CHAP values guide our work:

  • Caring: We offer empathy, compassion, and emotional support.

  • Hope: We empower and inspire those affected through optimism and community engagement.

  • Accountability: We uphold transparency, honesty, and integrity in all our actions.

  • Partnership: We collaborate effectively with volunteers, donors, and community members to achieve our mission.
